To remain compliant with IRS regulations, all affiliates are required to submit a completed W-9 form before receiving commission payments. This form provides the necessary taxpayer information for year-end reporting and ensures accurate documentation for tax purposes. Affiliates who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC form for income reporting. Failure to submit a valid W-9 may result in delayed or withheld payments until the form is received.
